It didn't last very long, but then..well, you know, it happens.
I’m so relieved that I didn’t imagine it. Swift though it was...
O yes! I once had 2 young owls practicing their voices in a tree in my garden. Took me a while to realise no-one was being murdered
It was two grown owls and I think they were mating. It was a lot. And I did think something horrible was going on. Yikes. 🐇
Funny how your owls sound so much like ours. They certainly do like to sing as they make love.
Definitely two owls with two very different songs. And a lot of time on their talons.
