Pig and farm report
tomorrow I see the doctor not for anything special except for the billion diseases and maladies I’ve imagined for myself since my bloodwork plus a very real case of what might be ringworm which I have not had since I was a very small child but this quacks like a duck and if it is what I suspect it is then it came directly from my friendly neighborhood veterinarian and the whole idea of it causes me terrible stress and dreams of my brother and needles
mockingbird wish me luck

Ring sounds nice, Worm, does not.I hope it is not.
The dog is correct!
Dog knows.
Oh honey! May today be fine and all be well and it all be over quickly.
As a child I had all the worms. We all did. Walked around quacking every summer.
But oh! My next door neighbor here years ago thought she had ringworm and it was actually the Lyme Disease target thing. So. Check that out too.
Fortunately ringworm is not an actual worm but yes me too as a kid. Stresssss!
We all had ringworm as children. I hope it is only that, and that it clears up quickly. Be well, dear R.
Thank you dear Rosemarie. Ahh I needed to hear your voice this morning. It’s much too noisy inside my own head.
It turns out it was a cat hickey which is what I first thought it was. Still in the dr office. Red faced.
New Dr. after being tasked to choose between cat hickey and ringworm “It looks like a hickey. I’ve never seen one.” I don’t know if she meant she never saw a hickey at all in her life or she never saw a cat hickey before. I’m assuming because she’s young and really pretty that she’s never seen a cat hickey before. I haven’t either. Damn Hal.
