I can’t seem to do a g.d. thing except go to the beach stand in my garden enjoy the heat and yell at people who get too close to me at Maria Lopez’s fruit stand even if they’re wearing a mask though they usually aren’t

That pizza looks superb.

Mary that pizza was damn good but still homemade but the closest I’ve ever come. The crust is the red wheat bread flour that came in my CSA box with a two day rise in the fridge yum.
PIZZA and carrot cake, dear lord, live a little! This world shit is taking us to our knees, more pizza, more carrot cake i say! You are my leader!
I have been checking out carrot cake recipes all day. It seems they are pretty basic just shredded up carrots in a spice cake. I make cream cheese frosting all the time. I think I can do this. More pizza definitely and more ice cream. Summer was lovely for those two days wasn’t it? XO

Dearest R, it does sound divine doesn’t it? It sounds better every day. That and a trip to my beloved Dos Reales the next town over for dinner to go. Planning ahead is never a bad thing. XO
Dear Barbara, not quite carrot cake day yet. Next week. Everything is so low key now that I have to force myself to think toward any kind of celebration which is very unlike my big ego normal self. Hmm...I should beg that boy to bring me some Mylar birthday balloons. The ferals have yet to meet them. Good idea! XxOo
