omgomg I cannot WAIT for you to watch. One thing this show does is delve deeply into the 1921 Tulsa Massacre and race riots an important and basically missing or hidden part of American history. In fact most of the show is placed in Tulsa in a slightly skewed timeline where instead of 9/11 there is another NY tragedy they call 11/2. It also shows what reparations might look look like and gives actual voice to the white supremacy ingrained still in our society. Plus a stellar cast with an amazing performance from Regina King. Yes. Please watch.
