pee.ess.

there is a family of red-wing black birds living here and the males are so stunning that I gasp every time I see them even though they like to peck at my ripe strawberries my ex-mother-in-law Fay once told me that the birds were just telling me how to pick the sweetest fruit

I haven't seen any here for a long time, sadly. That's a lovely thought from Fay. Aside from the puking it sounds wonderful! Marilyn is perfect in that spot. Rest that toe. I'll wish for new moon healing for you.

Barbara I haven't seen them since my childhood! Toe resting has commenced. It is sheer purple now. I spent the rest of the day binge watching Chris Krause's I Love Dick on Amazon Prime which renewed itself automatically with nary a peep to me. It's fantastic. I have two copies of the book too. Recommended! Hi there my friend. 😍

Red winged... they must be magical.
I just oowed and awed over a nest with 5 fleshy meaty babies of our regular blackbird. If only I wasn't a vegetarian... I could have eaten them right there and then! :-)
